Hi! Looking for a good Keto App for Android where I can log in the foods I’m eating and get actual carb/protein/fat intake amounts.
I currently use MyFitnessPal but noticed it only gives me total carbs and not net carbs. Any suggestions??

I second cronometer! It’s so easy to track your food. I just take pics of labels and it tracks it for me!
I think I’m in the minority. I used MFP and then tried Cronometer when everyone raves about it. I disliked it. The database is way too small and was wasting way too much time trying to input multiple items a day. I went back to MFP. The database is much more expansive. It has a ton of bad data, but when you learn what to look for and use the barcode scanner like I do most of the time, I can get a good idea where I stand.
In fact, I did them both together for a week to see how close the two were. MFP was right in line with Cronometer when I used it the way I typically do. And I didn’t have to add it items manually constantly like with Cronometer.
As far as the net vs total carbs, it depends on how the data was entered into the data base. Since users can input stuff, somethings are net and some are total. If you use the bar code, the info comes from the manufacturer and it’s always total.
This doesn’t bother me because I think it keeps me lower with my carbs. And if I end up at around 24 for the day, I don’t panic cuz I know a lot of it is fiber. I don’t let myself get north of that very often.
Cronometer is great - easy enough to use (although it could use a few tweaks, or I need to learn how to make them happen) and generally pretty quick to add in the foods you add to it through their system.
OTOH, MFP is an undifferentiated, unregulated mess where anyone can add anything, no matter how obviously incorrect.
I like Cronometer
You can use it to enter a recipe to calculate carbs per serving. I put in my version of BPC and now I just have to select it rather than enter butter and HWC separately.
