I know the belt has been brought up before but I just have to share my excitement. I’m on hole 3 now without any effort. In fact, I’m sort of in the no-mans land between 3 and 4. Pants are just slightly loose on 3 and 4 is a tad too tight. Mind you, this is with a tucked in shirt. Without, it’s 4 all the way. Soon 5 and then it’s time for the drill or a new belt (its over 10 years old).
One of the downsides to this whole way of eating is being so full of energy I want to burn off that I can’t concentrate on work anymore. All I can think about is my next hike!
