Hi, all. I’m a Kiwi girl who has lost a lot of weight on varying degrees of low/lower-carb dieting. Since I’m about to post a new topic, I’ll just tell you a little about myself here. I’m married to a really awesome and supportive man, I love photography, singing/playing guitar, gardening (vegetable and flower gardens) and animals…especially cats (they taste just like chicken)…kidding!! I look forward to getting to know you and learning more about your stories and the Carnivore Diet. God bless.
Been lowish carb, but am looking to do the Carnivore Diet
Welcome to the forums! We have lots of Aussies, but not so many Kiwis, I think, so it’s good to have another one among us. Did you folks ever have the Far Side cartoons in NZ? They were bizarre, skewed humor, and one of my favorites shows cattle sitting at the table, eating steaks and saying, “What do you know? We taste like chicken!”
Good luck on the zero-carb/carnivore thing. Bacon bless.
Hi, Paul. The name of the cartoon is familiar, but I was never much for those things (to my own intellectual detriment I’m sure because they would have been clever, no doubt).
I’m glad I can help balance out the Kiwi/Aussie equilibrium. Thanks for your bacon blessings. I see there’s a whole new language I will need to become familiar with now I’ve stepped into the carnivore world. Haha.
