I went back to the gym today after a few months off. I would have went back sooner, but wanted to wait until I felt fat adapted… I am feeling really weak from where I left off… But it is ok… I made it through my workout endurance-wise, but weak strength-wise… I am going to KCKO and I’m confident that the strength will come back… Ate a big protein meal when I got home… I guess because I would normally drink a protein shake… Hoping it did the job… I will see how recovery goes…
