Hello.
I went keto last year and lost about 10 lbs fairly easily. Then life happened and i gained it all back.
Now I’m trying to go keto again as a transition to a multi day fast, But I’m getting so irritable trying to stick with keto foods (shaky, irritable, hungry) . Any tips ?
I’m eating plenty of bacon, chicken, mayo, salad, eggs…etc, but then again its only been 24 hrs so maybe I just need to push through.
