Back on the wagon and wondering how hard to exercise?

#1

I slipped off of my keto diet after a year on it and then spent the last six months flip flopping on the diet (week on, week off, few days on, few days off and so on).

Now I am fully back on and am committed to it. However I am wondering if it is a bad idea to keep exercising like normal during adaptation or if I should take it easy?

I do not exercise very hard. Usually a thirty minute bike ride five days a week and that’s about it other than walking around throughout the day.

Thoughts?

I think you’ll be fine, you might slow down a little but it’ll come back. I’d keep riding.

The more the merrier unless it stimulates your hunger. KOCO - keep on cycling on.

I should start … I stopped when I popped a tire.

I noticed after typing this and going for a ride that my rear tire is flat! ugh. Good luck with yours!

A 30 minute ride sounds mild, go for it. Add some resistance training to it as well, why not?
