And I’m back!!!
We fell off the keto wagon when we went on our honeymoon. Had to try all the food lol! (Gained 10 of my 17lb back )
3 months later we are back!!!
Day 4 now… And I’m trying to start out not caring about calories, and just get my fats in and stay under on my carbs!
Today I’m at 5 total carbs, all of my fat for the day, and 1k calories already… That was just from breakfast (crepe recipe I found) but I have been doing that every day, and I don’t get hungry until late, so I think it’s working out??? (Tonight I’ll have either fried at home chicken wings, or bacon wrapped jalopeno poppers…)
Urine strips showed Trace ketones at 2 days, between small and moderate at day 3, and today I’m sure I’ll be moderate again.
I’m going to stay optimistic that showing ketones on a strip so soon is good!
Having slight headaches (but I have those quite often anyways) but other than that no symptoms of keto flu.
So what should I expect?? I have forgotten everything as it’s been almost a year since I originally started keto, and I can’t remember how things go from here!
Please help refresh my memory
