Away at the cottage

My husband and i have been away at a cottage since Saturday. I have been keeping keto:) yesterday was migraine from hell and today my stomach just feels rotten,bloated, craptastic!

Increasing your salt intake is likely to help all that. Remember that on a low-carb diet our kidneys excrete sodium at a higher rate, so we have to work at keeping our salt intake up.

Also, drink to thirst. That will also help.

Seriously, that sounds more like bad food than keto, if your macros are the same as you’ve been eating all along. Sorry you feel so craptastic. :slightly_frowning_face:

Definitely not a hangover :yum:… we have been doing keto about 6 weeks

Could still be electrolyte imbalance. It’s been pretty hot, so if you’ve been exerting yourself in the heat or just plain sweating a lot, you will be losing electrolytes even faster than we already lose it on Keto, which is already fast.
