SPEEDY KETO MEAL
1 can (4oz) tuna drained
1/2 Avocado
1/8 cup chopped pecans
Salt & Pepper to taste
Filling and delicious! Feel free to add mayo if you want some more fat (or just add more avocado)
Eat it right away or store in the fridge. I would often make this for a quick work lunch and prepare it in the morning before I left.
