So I measured today, coz Is weird to get almost the same weight but having 3cm more of belly. I was 112.5 cm of belly and 107.1kg.
So maybe I had some gas or processed food, coz you dont lose 3 cm of belly in one day.
This is why I will measure all days on September, I want to know what is the body doing, the tendency is that is going down, so thats good.
I have always found these measurements to have relatively high error. You have to ensure the tape is exactly parallel to the ground, for instance. And you put the same pressure on the tape each time. If you exercise, too, the measurements could go up, not down.
I think they are like anything else: useful for trends (do they go down over time?) but not so great on a day-by-day basis.
Yep, Quads going up as Im jogging, I have elevation on a part of the park, so quads burns like hell on that part, and I do 10 circles to that park which equals 30 min aprox.
Yes, I put I think the same pressure, which is none, is almost loose. I let the two ends of the tape touch each other without pressure.
But yeah, is to just see the trend, nothing is 100% reliable, numbers are going down, which is a good sign, taking in consideration I see myself less puffy and clothes fits better.
