Yes, that’s what I would have assumed, but the stories around it are compelling - super-fast wound healing, dramatically lower inflammation - and I wanted to do an experiment. Some folks are doing longer dry fasts (2, 3, 5 days…yeesh). That sounds nuts to me, but I’m curious to see what happens with shorter ones. So far it’s going fine but we’ll see how I’m doing in a week
