I have 3 credits on audible, can anyone reccomend any keto/fasting related books?

I already have:
Guide to fasting
The big fat surprise
Keto clarity
Lower your blood sugar

(T Hayes) #2

I liked Obesity Code by Jason Fung.

(Dustin Cade) #3

Gary Taubes
Why we get fat
The case against sugar
good calories bad calories

(Anna Juliet) #4

Is that in audible? I can’t find it.

(Dustin Cade) #5

should be, I use audible

(James storie) #6

It’s there, I was thinking of getting it next!

Curious. These are books you listen to, correct? When do you guys find time to listen? Finding time to listen to each 2KetoDudes podcast is difficult for me. I only have four 20 minute commutes a week. I almost wish I had more!

(Naomi Brewster) #8

Grain Brain by David Perlmutter - he has others but this is the one I bought from Audible and it was excellent

(Tom Seest) #9

Brain Maker is also excellent

I see that ā€œLetter on Corpulence: Addressed to the Publicā€ is on Audible.

By William Banting
Narrated By Adam B. Crafter

I was considering it myself.

I sneak in listening time while doing yard work!

(James storie) #12

Well, as a truck driver, I have a very long commute! I listen to podcast and audio books as I work! I subscribe to so many podcast that I don’t have time to listen to books every week!

I’m with ya brother. I’m OTR and drive at least 500 miles every day so I listen to over 70 podcasts and have 2 keto dudes, bullet proof radio, fasting talk, keto talk with Jimmy Moore and the Doc, living la video low carb show, the quantified body, Tim Ferris show, and You Optimized Radio in my listening library. I like to keep them in queue and listen to a bunch of them when I am fasting. You got any others I may have missed?

(Linda) #14

In addition to all of the above. I also listen to ā€˜Stem Talk’. It’s not always about nutrition but they interview some really interesting people.

(James storie) #15

Nope, that pretty much covers everything nutritionally! The only other major one I listen to has to do with money, the Dave Ramsey Show. It’s a daily 3 hr radio show!

(John Cotter) #16

Doing dishes and yard work helps a lot. When I discovered The Martian on Audible I really widened the driveway snow-blowing

Nice! You guys have great ideas! I have some rooms to paint and rearrange over here. I’ll learn to do it with ear buds!

(James storie) #18

I haven’t thought of this book, I may have to give it a go! Was it good?

(John Cotter) #19

I really enjoyed it. I got really into it and they did a great job adapting it to a movie.

(Dany Bolduc) #20

I have ten 75 minutes commute a week. I’m looking for more to listen to. I’m up to date on 2KetoDudes, Keto Talk and Fasting Talk.
Anything else worthwhile out there ?
