Cool! I have purposely not seen the movie because I wanted to read the book first. I learned a long time ago that the book is always better!

Most libraries now offer up free audiobooks via apps like overdrive. you just need to go the library and set it up and then you can get access to all the audiobooks, ebooks they and their partner librarires have. Only downside is that they only have so many copies so sometimes you have to put a book on hold and once you get them, they are good for 3 weeks. If those are no-goās, then audible is the way to go.
Love your list - Iāve also been listening to āfound my fitnessā - Dr Rhonda Patrick, and āHigh Intensity Healthā - Mike Mutzel. Both stellar podcasts with great interviewees.
you find time, either listen or read. What do you do for 30 min before bed, start a habit of reading or listening. I read or listen to 2-3 books a week

Thanks, yes. There could be many times I could use for listening. While preparing meals, on a walk, at the gym, and before I sleep. Even while getting ready in the morning. I will make better use of my time. Iām not even a TV watcher! But there are many podcasts Iād love to hear.
