Why would you drink them?

Pass on them. They are equal or less than other shakes in value. They have sunflower oil and lots of artificial flavors, preservatives, and sweeteners. Overall, they are meh. I’d rather get something that has more natural ingredients, fewer artificial ones, and less PUFA. They aren’t the worst though in a pinch.

I eat one meal a day and I am looking for a good dessert to add to my meal. Thought maybe I could get away with a chocolate shake

Lots of great desserts you can make really easy with better ingredients on your own. For example, if you’re into chocolate.


Melt 1tbls butter with 20g erythritol and 1 serving (14g) bakers chocolate in microwave (30 seconds, stir, then 10 second intervals until liquid).
Stir in 21g almond flour, 1 tbls unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tbls olive oil and 1 egg.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Experiment to get the right sweetness (add/subtract erythritol) and chocolate flavor (add/subtract cocoa powder).
