Hi all
This is just my 3rd week of keto. Until today i was following the diet religiously. However today i was TRICKED into eating minced beef cooked in vegetable oil. If you know indian/pakistani food then you would know how much oil they use for cooking. That one serving of beef must have been cooked in 1/2 cup of oil.
Will it kick me out of keto. Why is hydrogenated oil bad?
