1 jar or tin of asparagus
Pack of ham
Mayo
Sour cream
American mustard
All purpose
Portobello mushrooms
Grated mature cheddar or cheese of your choice
Drain asparagus and cut
Cut ham to little squares
Put ham asparagus mayo and sourcream pinch of all purpose and about a tea spoon of mustard in a bowl and mix. A couple of table spoons of the mayo and sour cream would be enough but feel free to add more.
Take the tips out of the mushrooms and pop the mixture in top with cheese.
Pop in the oven till cheese is that golden brown colour
This recipe will take approx 5 min max prep work and about 10-15 in the oven.
