Just wondering. Would these be good for constipation one for hairloss?

Are you having hair loss? If you are, it might be worthwhile to meet with a naturopath and have your hormones checked.

Following. Because I have hair loss. As far as constipation, I only have that when I run out of avocados. An avocado a day keeps constipation at bay! :avocado:

Mg citrate is supposed to be good for constipation.

Constipation is often a symptom of low sodium. Make sure you’re getting enough salt.

An avocado a day. It has so much fiber and good fat. Plus you don’t have to hide out at home close to the toilet.

(Sorry forgot I already commented. Oh well avocados are worth mentioning twice!)
