This sounds delicious. I have some cole slaw mix that I need to use up and this would be a good fit!

I think you’ve got a “winner winner chicken dinner” there! :wink: I might try that with the other bag of slaw that I have (I used pre-bagged slaw the other night, and made what was essentially a 1/2 recipe with 1-1/2 bags of slaw mix to save time).
