OK, I don’t mean in the head, I mean physically.
I’m wondering if I’m very unusual, or is this within the range of normalcy. I am a 5’0" tall female and now weigh about 188 pounds – considered obese. I now wear a size small to medium pant (US 8-12), and a size large shirt (US 12-14), and even smaller if the clothing is stretchy around my waist and arms. I just bought a pair of small petite pants and they fit fine (stretchy, the waist would never fit otherwise)
People are telling me I don’t need to lose that much more weight, but if you followed the charts, I should weigh no more than 128 pounds – that’s not going to happen, I don’t think – my goal weight is currently 150.
No one believes me when I tell them my weight, and I tell them I’m just “very dense.” Are we all really that variable? I only get light-moderate exercise, and rarely lift more than a few pounds of weight – I do seem to be pretty strong, however.
This is just a curiosity topic.
