Be careful with whey powder. I have heard it spikes insulin.

So it sounds like you just fat adapted and that may explain some of your tired feeling.
Sharing calories is of little value other than a daily total. Most of us prefer macros to get a little better picture. At 1700 calories for a daily total I can see why you are feeling a little down. And I agree that 300 or more calories will help a great deal.

My opinion of peanut butter is that it should be avoided esp store bought big brands. That said I have used up my supply in shake just like you are making.

Shredded chicken, not sure what that means but it sounds like chicken breasts, in which case you need to add more fat and probably should avoid them in the future.

Whey protein is fine if you know what is in it, I have found the cheaper ones to be more keto friendly than the more expensive “muscle milk” style ones. I also don’t believe they are a suitable meal alternative on a regular basis. I use it to add extra fat on days I want to increase my BMR or need extra energy in between meals in my window. A thought is to add cocoa powder for some magnesium I do that every time.

Just a general thought is that you should have a majority of your protein at one meal and I think earlier in the day is better.
