I googled and are different opinions everywhere. I can’t seem to get the right awnser.
Are pickles good for keto?
It’s also good to check the label. Some have more sugar than others, even in the not sweet styles. Just get the lowest carb ones available and enjoy in moderation. I love them!
I eat dill pickles and fermented pickles. These ones:

And these:
Usually the Italian dill spears (not hot, though those are good), and I stay away from “bread and butter” pickles or any pickles with sugar on the label:
Pickles are awesome! The salt, fermentation, and fiber are all excellent - as long as it’s not the super processed stuff with sugars and syrup…
Fiber ferments in the gut and gets converted to short chain fatty acids and the salt is important for electrolyte balance. I add sauerkraut and kimchi to that list too.
Yes they are. Claussen Dills in the deli meat section are the best. Low carb and DRINK the juice for keto flu. Loaded with electrolytes.
Pretty much, or at least on days when I eat. … Let’s just say I don’t miss many days.
Dill pickles are a keto staple in our house. I halve them lengthways, and wrap each half in a cheese slice and then wrap that in a few slices of hot Hungarian salami. Insanely delicious, and as others have said a really effective electrolyte pick up.
I’m going to make myself some right now!
But couldn’t I wrap the salami in bacon?
