I hope there’s some seasoned Ketoers on the newbie thread. Just starting Keto and wondering if my macros are too high. I just can’t eat that much in a day. I’m female 47 218 lbs. my macros are Protein 95, fat 104, carbs 14, calories 1350. Do I have to eat all my macros. I’m just not that hungry. According to the Keto app I’m using, I will reach my goal weight in 6 years!!! Yes, I want to lose weight but I do feel great on this new eating regimen. Do I have to hit proteins and fat everyday? Any advice you have will be greatly appreciated!!!
