So, I’ve been trying to get apple cider vinegar consistently into my daily regimen for a while now. I was doing this complicated elixir of ACV diluted in water with cinnamon, clove, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. It was “tolerable” if I did it like a shot. But tonight I decided to mix a shot of ACV, a pinch of pink himalayan salt, and a lime wedge with San Pellegrino. What a delicious result! It’s like a nice, mild sparkling cider. Score!
So here’s my question: now that I have found a way of drinking ACV that I actually enjoy, is there an upper limit to how much I should consume in a day? I could see myself having 3 or 4 of these ACV cocktails a day - especially on fasting days. Is 3 - 4 shot glass size servings of ACV ok? From what I’ve read, it can be hard on some folks stomachs. I haven’t had that problem yet, and if I do, I can just cut back; but are there any other concerns I should know about?
Apple Cider Vinegar: How Much is Too Much?
I am soooo trying this. I think you might want to rinse with water after drinking a lot of vinegar water or lemon water. The acv was eating the plastic of my dollar store cup. Protect your teeth.

I have as many ACV (1TB), ice and seltzer “cocktails” as I like in the evening - usually 2-3. I leave in my Invisalign because I’m laz…uh…to protect my teeth.
I had this same question (as he never says how much you can drink a day in his videos) and wrote to Dr. Eric Berg about this 5 months ago and he responded:
“(1) Once a day!” {1 glass} (he also recommends adding 1 Tbls. of lemon juice to this also to prevent calcium oxalate stone formation)
Because I agree with a bunch of his research I do this everyday. Here’s the weird thing, I used to add zero calorie sweetners. Now I like the tartness as is. I mix in warm water and drink on the way to work!

I am probably weird because I love the taste of vinegars. I could drink this stuff all day.
