I think my outside favorite this year is Redbull Bora ( I believe that’s the name they have gone with this year…the name changes and Jersey changes throw me off as a casual Tour follower); Redbull puts a superb amount of science and experimentation into their riders and appears to have a good support structure for athletes. Probably UAE or Visma will take the yellow home this year but I hope we get a good show from other teams too.
The Tour began with a rethought Time Trial which was very much needed and exciting, it made me think that this year is going to be a good Tour all around (fingers crossed).
Visma unleashed a new bee mascot which I keep joking is Wout Van Art in the bee costume. 
They began in Barcelona Spain this year and are expecting some really warm weather for the Tour.
