Trader Joe’s theme of the month is coffee so they have coffee everything. One of the things they are carrying is “coffee flour” which is made from the dried and ground “fruit” that surrounds the coffee bean. I bought some to play with since it has 1 net carb per 10 g serving.
I’m wondering if anyone has tried this flour and what you made with it? How is it?
Around here–wine country–you can also buy wine grape flour in varietals–chardonnay, zinfandel. I’ve been thinking of playing with those as well, but just tasting them raw they are pretty astringent.
