Any recipes that include badly overcooked bacon?

#1

I just killed a pound of bacon in the oven. I put it back in for “a few more seconds” got side tracked and badly over cooked. I do this weekly :sob:hate to throw it out, any way I can use it?

Crush it up in to crispy bacon bits for salads and dressings?

I like it v. crispy and things like cream cheese really go well with it to contrast texture and take the edge off the burnt edges? Mix the bacon broken up with Philadelphia and spread it on some keto bagels?

Cream cheese, grated cheddar, bacon dip

Great idea thank you

I second crushing it up and using it in salads and dressings.

Dice up to add flavor to soups, on top of pizza, or I also like to add to the cream cheese for my jalapeno poppers. Like bacon wrapped poppers without all the work of wrapping the bacon around…

I have been known to toss a little powdered erythritol and cinnamon on them. Then eat as a snack.

I’ll try cinnamon, i think erythritol may not be my friend, made a Valentine’s day dessert using swerve and my waist was 4 inches larger before bed last night :frowning:
