Reading this post hit close to home. A while back, my anxiety flared up so badly I felt it was messing with my body, not just my mind. Talking to someone helped a lot, and having resources like https://mentalhealthhotline.org/ptsd-hotline/ made it easier to reach out when I didn’t know where else to turn. Just knowing there’s a place to call when things feel overwhelming really helped me breathe a bit easier.
