I’ve been eyeing off a Sous Vide machine for a while, mainly from listening to Carl and Richard!
They do have sales fairly often, but they are the cheapest I’ve seen them ever at the moment: $149 AUD, including delivery.

I don’t own one yet, but it’s on my list. My co-worker bought one a month ago and every Monday I get to hear about how amazing this last weekend meals were. Still working through a bunch of pressure cooker recipes, but this is definitely on my list.
