Another Reason to do calisthenics

It seems with body weight resistance, that one benefit aside from the muscle growth is your brain subconsciously wants your body to weight less.

Why? Because if you weight 250 pounds, it’s a lot harder to do 20 pull ups then if you weight 160 pounds. Where’s the science in this? LoL, I don’t know. But I can tell you it has me redoubling my efforts to lose my last 20 pounds. Such that when I think, hey I’ve lost a lot of weight I deserve that fat bomb, it’s still keto right? My mind is now comparing that fatbomb with being able to do another pull up, or whatever.

Neat eh? Well it seems to be helping me anyway.
