Another protein question please

I’ve been struggling with keto for awhile so I decided to recheck my macros. My protein # is 93 grams. When I converted grams to ounces, it’s 3.25. Am I correct that I can have less than 4 oz of protein per day???
If so, how does everyone else handle this

“Protein” and “meat” are not the same thing. One ounce of steak has about 7 grams of protein, so you could eat 13 ounces of steak and still be within your macros.

It is true that meat is a high protein source, other things like dairy or nuts can have a much higher fat to protein ratio - filling you up without wreaking havoc on protein consumption goals.

It is not grams of steak. It’s grams of beef protein minus the water and fat in the grams of steak. As noted, 7g/ounce of lean beef, pork or game. 6g/ ounce of lean poultry. About that 6 per egg white.
