Another LDL-P dissection, Karl Franklin helped with production

I’m one of those people who have “high” LDL-P (LDL particle count). But I can also have “low” LDL, oddly. Anyway, I’ve chosen to ignore my “high” LDL-P, as I figure a diet that has allowed me to lose quite a bit of weight, makes me feel great, and cured basically every condition I have (save maybe Tinnitus, though it’s better) is not at the same time going to kill me.

Nonetheless, there is a fight going on about LDL-P. First, there was Attia v. Feldman:

Then Dr. Attia brought out the big guns and followed up with Dr. Dayspring, a prominent lipidologist. This was an effort, I believe, for Dr. Attia to “prove” he was right, that LDL-P is “bad”.

The Fat Emporer (Ivor Cummins) has now entered the fray:

I have not had time to watch this, but will do so as soon as possible. Once I watch, I’ll report back with a synopsis.

I watched that yesterday. I get Ivor’s emails and he had the link.

Definitely a must watch. It is very technical, though. For me, it wasn’t personal because I haven’t had those numbers measured (particle count) and don’t know some of the other measurements.
