So yesterday was the end of another 72 hour fast and a buddy was telling me about some shorts on sale at Costco. I went today and not having any idea what size I wear now…(my uniform pants are 38). I decide to purchase 36’s. They fit perfect. Actually I could have purchased 34’s. Also as a side note…I dipped down into the 230’s weight class…
I think I’ll celebrate with a ribeye and a few jalapeños tonight!!!

Were on a parallel course it seems (I too hit 239 this morning and am into 36’s as well) except, sadly I don’t feed as well as you

You are in the 230’s and can wear a 36? I’m at 244 now and I’m still at 40. And I tried on a 48R jacket the other day at Macy’s and it was still too small.
I’m envious.
Keep in mind that I’m 6’-0” tall. And it’s taken me exactly 9 month today to reach a loss of 70lb and 10” smaller waist.

I just got sized for a new fire department uniform, 34 waist and medium shirt. Big change from 40 waist and XL shirt.
