Annoyance at uneccessary sugars

Bought some sunflower seeds for my salad…didn’t check the label, wasted 5 dollars! :sob: I wonder if I rinse them off it would be ok??? Whyyyyy

What the–?! Yeah, they’re snack “artists,” alright. Con artists at getting people addicted to their crap.

Somethin’ ain’t right. If you look up the carbs in plain sunflower seeds on the internet, it says 7 g per quarter cup. That what this product claims, too, even after all the additives.

Hmmm.

The cornstarch isn’t really helpful either… but I realize you were commenting on the different sugars.

Ya, I’ve done a few Whole30’s, both on keto and off, and ya once you start scrutinizing labels it’s amazing/apalling what they sneak in to stuff.
