what would be the correct amount of Beef to eat in a day.
I’m 6’ and weigh 210 lbs and am trying to get to 190. I usually weight
train three day s a week, and do OMAD 5-6 days a week

This sounds simplistic but she’s completely right. Get yourself some Fatty beef and eat 4 oz. Still hungry and 20 minutes eat another 4 ounces wait and see.
Ummm do you have some prejudice against poultry and pork? I mean a life without bacon sounds pretty depressing to me.
Seriously if you want a number you can have one in the form of protein, not specifically beef. But a macro is not the best guide, satiety is (like the others are saying). Just to give you a rough idea, you can tinker with this:
I’m female, 5’6", and if I were younger I’d need 70 grams of protein a day. Since I’m 66, I try for 80 grams. This is the equivalent of about a pound of beef per day. As a tall male you might need a bit more.
Try eating a pound of beef per day, and if you’re still hungry, eat more. Or fill the gap with eggs, etc. Good luck!
