That’s not a lot of food for someone who is just starting keto. I would up your intake a bit. Concentrate on keeping the carbs under 20g per day, and eat until you’re full. Count your macros but, don’t get too hung up on them until you’ve been keto for a few weeks.
Then you will be able to adjust to suit. If you don’t eat enough during the initial stages, you may find it difficult to keep to.

I’ve been on the diet about 3 months now and have lost 21 lbs, just wanted the shake to get the mct oil in but was unsure if it was worth it for the extra carbs, only had 10 carbs today, mostly from the coconut milk, are there any alternatives with less carbs?
Is there a reason you feel you need the mct? You could just drop the shake all together. Or you may want to use unsweetned almond milk. I am not sure of the macros on it since I haven’t had any in awhile.
