Am I grossly skinny?

weightloss

So I have always had an issue with my weight from the young age of 6 years old. It’s weird when you hear adults talk and what you choose to retain but I’ve always remember being conscious about it at a young age. Before you get annoyed I’ve never been overweight, my highest weight was probably 125lbs I am only 5’3 though. Throughout my adolescence and I would choose methods to lose weight such as simply not eating or spitting and chewing and spitting out my food ( I tried the throwing up thing but it wasn’t for me) the bizzar thing is if you saw me you would think that I had all the confidence in the world, but it’s quite the opposite. I am not 32 years old, I had a baby at 30, and had a freak accident where I broke my neck right before turning 31, since then I have not been able to gain weight… I weight 105 lbs, and it’s safe to say 4 lbs of that is the silicone I have in my chest. I’m not exactly sure what the point of this post is but I guess no matter what you look like or what your weight is or how pretty you may be, sometimes people, like myself, are never happy with themselves. I get Botox, I have hair extensions even though I have naturally long hair, I’ve had lip injections, breast augmentation and I always feel like there’s more I can do to be better, like I’m never enough just how I am, and I’ve been that way my whole life. I can’t tell you how tired I am of people telling me to “ eat a cheeseburger” I went from normally wearing a size 2 whe. I was around 25 to now at the age of 32 being a 00… and yet, I’m still not happy with myself. My last boyfriend and I got into a fight and he told me that I was gross and disgusting and that’s been eating at me bc I’m trying to figure out what it is so I can change it… sorry for the rant, I just wish everyone could be happy with themselves, and never judge a book by its cover.

What about the Ketogenic weightloss does you post apply to?

Funny how the picture is completely different from the one on your profile I guess it’s safe to say some people have way to much time on there hands and nothing better to do .

I don’t know if this is a troll post or what. If that’s you in the photo you posted, then you have chosen an unusual profile pic.

If you think you might have an eating disorder, it would probably behoove you to get some counseling.

I think it likely is.

It’s not a troll post, you guys are harsh, it made me sign in with my Facebook and I don’t have a Facebook only an ig so I had to use my moms.

Thanks though, not a troll sorry for the confusion

I don’t think anyone is being harsh, just wondering why you sought out a Ketogenic forum and posted in the weight loss category…that’s all. Many people here are spending their valuable time giving advice to people that are doing KETO…let’s not waste it.

Well, he was wrong, and you can’t please everybody, especially with respect to emotional lashings-out of the moment.

Well there you go - and you have more control over yourself than any other. :sunglasses:

You need a therapist and counseling. Try body positivity podcasts and learn how to value yourself beyond the physical. Geneen Roth writes good books that might help. If you have an eating disorder, please get help and don’t look for approval for being that way. It’s not healthy.

That’s not helpful if she is suffering from an eating disorder. It only encourages it.

Also, the point here is that she should be valued for more than her “smoking hot body” because she states how utterly unhappy she is with herself despite diet and tons of cosmetic alterations.

I see no trolling here.
@Nancy_Prioreschi
Are you wanting to discuss the ketogenic diet? because that is what this forum is for. Posting a photo of your body and asking us for our opinions about it is odd.

Whilst you are here, perhaps you could try the ketogenic diet, it has great success for people who suffer with depression. Here is a link to help you get started https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto

I think it is might have been more about your lack of self esteem/confidence is ugly, not the physical body as gross/ugly.

Or he was just being a jerk and pushing your buttons!

My bad I didn’t catch that

Wrong website I think.
