I haven't found that I gain on Halo Top directly, but I do feel like it's a crutch. Like, if I have it one night, I want it every night. Plus, one serving is 5-8 NET carbs, and I really want to see the difference between a FEW carbs and absolutely NO carbs, you know?
I definitely have a sweet tooth and always feel like I need something sweet to "end" a meal, especially after a salty meal. Sometimes, I would just have a glass of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and that would satisfy the craving. But, since I stopped using artificial sweeteners as a part of ZC, I think I'm moving past that. It's only been 6 days but I have high hopes.
@Chris_W About how many grams of protein are you getting a day? This week I've been between 120 and 150, maybe more than that on the night we went to Brazilian Steakhouse for dinner (I didn't track that day).
