Got down to 146.2 on this last 3 day fast. I broke my fast Friday night at dinner with friends and managed to maintain the loss through Saturday morning. Yesterday I ended use eating brunch and dinner (all keto foods) and somehow gained FIVE pounds. Aaaaarrrrgghhh!!!
I’m sure it’s water weight (I also worked out yesterday and my muscles are probably retaining water too). I also haven’t since those refeeds, so hopefully that happens soon too.
I started a 5 day fast after dinner last night. My current record is 4 days, so I’m excited to beat that. If I feel good, I may go for a week long fast - I find it much harder to fast through the weekend though.
I am going on a ski trip in 2 weeks and haven’t tried on my pants from last year. I was really hoping to get down into the 130’s before we left.
