I poured the last of the HWC into my cup but the container didn’t feel empty. I tore it open and scraped this lovely bit off of the inside surface. Why have I been throwing away all this decadence?

When I first get them I shake the living crap out of them, then a quick one each time I use it.

Being a frugal SoB, I’ve always poured a dollop of water into the container to get every bit out. However, I’ve started taking the tallow or schmaltz drippings my wife separates from her cooking to have a side with our meal. She rolls her eyes, but I say; "yum.”

I scrap the bottom of a lot of pans used for searing now. Wife just rolls her eyes. The little crunchies are so good.

I just through one out today! Will definitely be opening and checking to see if theres anything on the bottom!
