Yep, the more I’m hearing from this post, that seems to be the case.
Just wanted to know if anyone else had a similar experience with it.

I started IF and ACV the same day. Probably should have just changed one thing at time. I didn’t change anything else about my eating plan except when I was eating my meals.
Not sure what your meals look like right now but more than a few people have pushed past stuck scales by cutting out nuts or eliminating dairy or simply eating a little less fat. And if you are close to your weight goal, that last bit of body fat gets really clingy… but you probably already knew this stuff.
I do have about 1/4 cup of pecans a day and the only dairy I have is in yogurt once in awhile and cheese here and there. I cut out the Quest products and added more greens to my day to day a few months ago too. I still have MCT oil in my coffee when I’m not fasting.
I eat a lot of avocado, spinach, olive oil, pork, asparagus, steak, eggs, chorizo…
I have taken 3 tablespoons of ACV a day, for over 6 months for other reasons. I can assure you it doesnt make the belly fat disappear any faster than it would otherwise. It just happens to be the last area of your body (hips and belly in women) you are going to see any radical change. I would suggest pilates and strengthing your core muscles for a more defined mid-area =)
