I use my air frier all the time. Chicken wings are great. Because it’s turning the food all the time you don’t need to rub fat into the meat. I mix any herbs, spices into whatever fat I’m using and put that in the frier and turn it on for minute to mix or melt. Then I just add meat and watch it turn and baste. Lovely :grinning:

Yup. The wings and thighs have crispy skin. For the wings I put spices in a baggie and drop wings in and shake up and coat them. They get crispy and awesome. I also do some plain and again nice and crispy and then I when they’re done I toss them in wing sauce to coat. Soooo yummy. I did simple cod the other day. I found that a bit dry but my son liked it. It was the first time I’d done fish though so I may have just overcooked it. You can also do muffins and breads in it if you use little ramekins or individual muffin cups etc. This is the one I got. https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/farberware-air-fryer/6000196308068. It’s not huge but the price was right and I dodnt want to spend too much in case I did like it.

I love my air fryer. Line bottom with tin foil. I put oil and dry rubs or other seasoning on my chichen. Nice and crispy. One of my favorite keto items is lamb burgers wrapped in bacon. About 12 minutes at 360. Yum!
