I the afternoon I can’t stop yawning! Is there any harm in a 2pm coffee?

You can google for benefits and warnings on coffee, but since 9 months on Keto I not only drink it in the morning, but again everyday after lunch.

I enjoy it immensely.

As do I. I have even turned a cup of leftover BPC into a frozen drink by adding some ice cubes to it and throwing it in the blender. Since I use a lot of butter, cram, and coconut oil, it turns into a coffe milkshake. Thick and frothy.

I get my two tablespoons a day of coconut oil in my coffee. Sometimes I add a square of Lindt dark chocolate. Lately I’m adding chocolate mint leaves from the garden which is fun :grinning:

This is great news!! I was afraid of starting a bad habit! Love my coffee, esp w ghee :grin:

I had some concerns drinking so much of it but got over it haha

Add salt to and see what happens. If I am tired and not terribly late in the evening, ingest salt it almost takes the place of sugar in that regard.
