After extended fasting being full with refeeds

Hi fellow ketonians, I’m just curious if anyone else has gone thru this. I’m 40yrs old 5’8" at about 150. I’ve been on ketosis pretty much for 7 weeks now and just finished my 3rd extended fast but my second refeed I consumed 1,100 calories but I really felt full thru two thirds of the refeed. I’m at a point where I really don’t want to lose too much more fat. I’ve switched my goal to gaining muscle now but would still like to gain the advantage of the mental focus of ketosis. Any tips would be a blessing! I just heard a doctor say he supplements with about 20gm of whey protein after a heavy lifting.

Maybe try eating something very small a few hours before the meal to build an appetite.
