Did this two days in a row and tweaked my back lol - think it’s a once-a-week activity. Working at MAF heartrate (180-age) is more sustainable and good for working fat metabolism pathways.

pretty standard HIIT stuff you can do across a number of sports, usually do 10 x 15 secs with 3 mins rest in between, it is a killer !
