Hi all (again),
So this is my first shark week on keto. I am starving!!
Not craving carbs or sugar like usual that goodness. But I am a bottomless pit!
Is there a trick to this week for us women?

Stick to your protein and carb macros but eat more fat to satisfy that hunger

Yup, key principle on this diet is that you should not be hungry. Go eat some fat: eat a tablespoon of butter and see if you still feel hungry! Or cook some bacon and eat until not hungry! Do this every time you feel hungry.

Sounds crazy if you are trying to lose weight? Yup. But it works… :grinning:

Whipped heavy cream - lots of it. By the spoonful. Sprinkle it with cinnamon. I whipped up 600mls and had it in a container in the fridge.

The odd teaspoon of natural nut butter works too. But just eat. Don’t even try to stop eating. I’ve hit 3000kcl and still lost weight by sticking to under 20g of carbs.

Same boat here. I guess that’s why I keep failing to fast. As long as I feel hunger that no amount of water eliminates, I will keep having my BPC and egg yolk-bacon-butter omelettes and keep my eating window as small as possible
