Advice on Electrolytes

Hey fellow peeps,

I’m a newbie to keto and am now trying to understand electrolytes, bone broth and supplements but I’m sure you have all done this before so I am seeking some good advice to help me get what I need. I am slowly losing the weight around 1lb pw and happy with that, but happier I am on a more healthier path. Appreciate your feedback.

I do drink bone broth and lots of salt, also have taken some potassium and some magnesium, but only if not drinking the broth and not eating avocados. But always the salt, couple tsp a day. Vitamin D and fish oil are good to look at also if you are low on fish and sun light. and always take your turmeric for inflammation.

Hi, thank you…I eat half an avocado per day and sea salt in my food but will take your advice on the bone broth and supplements…

you may not be getting enough salt, if you start feeling tired, or ill slam a glass of water with as much salt as you can stand mixed in
