Just a couple days into the keto lifestyle and looking for advice. Marcos I was recommended were 25g carbs; 89g protien; 106g fat. The pic is of my day. Just looking for pointers and want to know if everything looks good. Also to make sure I have the right understanding of net carbs, my net carbs for today would be 16 right?

You have it right. Looks like your on the right track. If I would suggest anything it would be to add a little more salt to your diet if you can. The first thing the keto diet does is cause you to loose water weight and with that you will expel electrolytes which includes sodium in the body, so you typically need more salt.

Chicken bullion is a good salt source and is yummy with a big dollop of butter.

Ok thank you for the advice. I was wondering if I needed to up salt in take, I have added more salt than I usually would. I’ll up the salt in take.
