Adding liver to ground beef chili

Today ground and cooked about 6 lbs of chuck roast and added 9 oz of chicken livers ground up into it. I can still tell there is liver in the mix from the flavor but the taste is barely detectable. This is about 10% liver. If I eat 2 lbs a week, which is about how much I do eat of this a week, that is about 3.2 ounces of liver. That seems reasonable. Some weeks I will eat less. It is not likely that I will eat more.

I’m not sure how low to go before my daughters won’t taste it. Not worried about it because I cook it for myself.
