Adding gluten to keto bread

I have some powdered gluten, bought to make veggie seitan sausages but they weren’t a success in this house.

Can I add this to an almond flour based keto bread to increase boiiing and breadyness?

I’ve found a keto roll recipe that has egg whites in and a lot of baking powder and vinegar to get it going but gluten would perhaps remove the egg and at least half the baking powder.

Thanks, I have this recipe and am waiting for xantham gum and ground linseed (flaxseed in UK speak) because I’ve run out of both. I find breads with almonds and eggs in are cake, not bread, even with gluten in.
