I have been on Keto for about four weeks. Wake up with shoulder pain and chest pain. I also have low energy like I’m dragging myself around.

Magnesium deficiency can also have these symptoms. I think when a person is transitioning to a new fuel source, electrolytes can be challenging to get right.

Make sure you are getting at least two teaspoons of salt a day.
I stopped supplementing with salt at one point, about six months in to keto, and ended up with aches and cramps all over my body.
The salt need never goes away while you are in ketosis.
